Refund Policy

If cancellation is received at least 40 days before the workshops start, students receive a full refund.  Workshops are purposefully small and materials need to be ordered, so each student's commitment is critical to cover costs.  Between 40 and 30 days before the workshops start, all fees EXCEPT the $75.00 deposit will be refunded since the instructor will have made transportation arrangements.  Within 20 days of the workshop, student fees will be refunded only if a replacement is found and has paid their student fees.   If the instructor cancels the workshop, students receive a full refund of student fees.  Workshops may be cancelled if they are under subscribed 30 days before they are scheduled to begin.

Weather Policy

If the weather is such that the instructor cannot find a means to travel safely on the day of the scheduled workshop, then her stay will be extended without penalty to the hostess.   The students should make every effort to accommodate these changes as costs have been incurred by the instructor to assure that you do get the workshops you paid for.  If the student cannot re-arrange his or her schedule a refund will be given minus the deposit of $75.00.
